Goal
The Spanish roller skate club "Club Esportiu Patinatge Quart-Patí" asked for a web based membership & music management software:
- Master data management with photos of the club members
- Member lists by different sorting criteria such as membership number, last name, first name, sports expertise level
- Freestyle music management and classification for each member with a comfortable printer output of CD covers of the freestyle music
- Data export to MS Excel
To save costs the graphical design should be neglected. Instead the website should use standard buttons and input boxes.

Implementation
has used PHP and MySQL to develop a web based, password-protected application. Each club member's master data can now be stored along with a photo. Member lists can be sorted by many criteria: From a drop down box address list, lists for the roller skate union, banking lists and lists of individual expertise levels and freestyle music can be created quickly & easily.

In roller skating each athlete has her own freestyle music. Therefore has developed a music management component: Several pieces of freestyle music can be associated with each athlete. Music can als be played by a website-integrated MP3-player or downloaded by hyperlink. Athletes must bring their own music to competitions. The individually labelled CD covers can be printed directly from the web browser.
Work Hours & Price
The fully functional, ready-to-run installation only needed approximately 20 hours. The total cost was approximately 900.00 US$ without VAT (includes 15 % non-profit discount).
